If your country is not on the previous list, please contact us (info@alabelsa.com ) before you place any order and we will do our best to ensure that we can ship orders to you.

 

  • SHIPPING

We only offer standard shipping.

  • The Estimated Delivery

Made-to-order items generally take 2-4 weeks to arrive and to be ready to shipped out. 

  • Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to mailing volume of shipping carriers, public holidays, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address, missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery. 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

A LABEL is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

  • Please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

You can always cancel your order for any reason. You can do so by emailing us your order number and stating you’d want to cancel. 

NOTE: Customized orders cannot be canceled from customers after they have been placed. 

  •  Important NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship or for any reasons that prevent us from shipping your order.

 

  • DUTIES & TAXES

A LABEL is not responsible and has no control over customs inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may, unfortunately, delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
